Position Summary
The Guest Experience Event Day Associate - Express Entry helps create a fast, welcoming, and seamless arrival experience for guests entering Mercedes-Benz Stadium.
This role supports the stadium's Delta Fly-Through Lanes, helping guests take advantage of one of the most innovative entry experiences in sports. Associates greet guests, assist with enrollment when needed, answer questions about the process, and help ensure fans move quickly and confidently into the stadium.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, using technology with ease, staying energized in busy environments, and helping guests start their event experience on a positive note. Additionally, someone in this role is consistent, reliable, and completely comfortable working outside.
This is not a sitting position. You will be allotted breaks during your shifts and able to sit during breaks. However, during your shift the expectation is to be moving around and assisting guests while standing or walking.
Key Responsibilities
Express Entry Guest Support
  • Welcome guests arriving at Express Entry locations throughout the stadium
  • Assist guests utilizing Delta Fly-Through Lanes for stadium entry
  • Help guide guests through the enrollment process when needed
  • Answer questions related to Express Entry and stadium access
  • Assist guests outside on a regular basis, at the gates, in all types of weather conditions

Technology Support
  • Assist guests with enrollment through QR code registration
  • Help troubleshoot common entry or enrollment questions on an iPad or phone
  • Maintain working knowledge of Express Entry technology and procedures

Guest Hospitality
  • Provide directions and support for guests entering the stadium
  • Maintain a welcoming and approachable presence during high-traffic arrival periods
  • Assist guests with general questions related to the stadium experience

Event Day Execution
  • Work in outdoor entry environments during events
  • Maintain awareness of guest flow and entry operations
  • Support other Guest Experience initiatives and responsibilities as assigned

Required Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be able and willing to work in indoor and outdoor environments
  • Ability to stand, walk or walk up and down stairs for extended periods of time during an event.
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and major stadium events
  • Must be available to work a minimum of 75% all major events consistently throughout the year held at Mercedes-Benz Stadium including Atlanta Falcons, Atlanta United, college football, concerts, etc.
  • Must enjoy helping others and working within a team environment.
  • Proactive in seeking out positive interactions with both guests and coworkers and interested in maintaining those positive relationships.
  • Must enjoy speaking and interacting with others in a warm, friendly, and respectful manner.
  • Must be available to attend all necessary in-person and virtual training as a prerequisite for employment and/or working events.
