Position Type Full Time

The Human Resources / Accounts Payable position will handle the overall human resources, payroll, and accounts payable processes of the skilled nursing center. Responsible for processing/orientation of new hires, all employee related issues, new enrollees for insurance benefits, submission of bi-weekly payroll, coding and data entry of invoices for payables, maintenance of employee personnel files and vendor accounts payable files. Coordinates, facilitates, and analyzes the complete Human Resources function.

2 years of general office experience, Long Term Care experience in a skilled nursing facility a plus.

Fundamental knowledge of payroll and/or accounts payable processes.

Must be computer literate and have working knowledge of MS Office.

Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
