Job description

Job Summary: The concierge is the face of Kelley Commercial Partners and the property. The person in this position will be responsible for the first impression of the property. The concierge will provide superior service to the owners, residents, prospects, vendors, and guests. The person in this position must be willing to take charge of a wide assortment of needs and tasks as situations arise – ideally, anticipating and identifying needs before issues develop. To be successful in this position, you must be reliable, friendly, well organized, proactive, have excellent customer service skills, and most importantly possess a great attitude.

Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet residents and guests upon entry and exit and provide needed assistance
  • Aid residents in getting their mail, luggage, and groceries
  • Assure parking spaces are utilized properly
  • Assure no blocking of driveways and entrances
  • Respond to phone calls, requests, questions, and other needs appropriately and in a friendly, professional manner
  • Document all issues and copy Property Manager/Property Assistant
  • Maintain a clutter free lobby and ensure safe entry/exit for all visitors/staff
  • Report any facility issues such as leaking water pipes or broken/damaged equipment
  • Deliver newspapers to residents
  • Become knowledgeable of the building rules and regulations
  • Demonstrate integrity when handling building security and access codes
  • Maintain a cordial and respectful relationship with the residents, visitors, contractors, vendors, and fellow employees
  • Maintain awareness of surroundings and suspicious persons
  • Maintain a positive attendance record, which includes regular and predicable attendance and work/break schedule

    Starting Salary: $18.00/hour

    Weeknight Shift: Monday - Thursday from 3:30 PM to 10:00 PM and Friday from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM
