PURPOSE
To support and assist account managers through timely order entry and appointment scheduling, while maintaining data integrity.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Process and "work" all pending orders to goal.

  • Effectively communicate to our internal and external customers.

  • Ensure that all company location codes have been completed and accurate information (open hours, directions, and phone numbers).

  • Maximize USA Truck transit time through aggressive solicitation of appointment times.

  • To cross train with peer CSS and account manager to provide flexible coverage options.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent
