Tekberry is looking for a highly qualified and motivated Manufacturing Technician to work with our client in Colorado Springs, CO. As a W2 employee you will have access to health benefits.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Manufacturing Operations Coordinator to join our Chip & Wire Assembly team. This role supports both Die Attach and Wire Bonding operations in a cleanroom environment, performing precision micro-assembly work on very small components.
This position is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, steady hands, and the ability to work under a microscope while maintaining high quality standards.


Responsibilities:
  • Complete assigned production jobs safely and on schedule
  • Perform die attach and wire bonding assembly processes
  • Work under a microscope to assemble and inspect microelectronic components
  • Perform in-process quality inspections to ensure compliance
  • Identify and report process, material, or quality issues
  • Escalate questions or concerns to trainers, technicians, or engineers
  • Operate automated and semi-automated production equipment
  • Accurately log job data and production updates into computer systems
  • Follow cleanroom and ESD procedures
  • Support continuous improvement efforts

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable with strong attendance
  • Comfortable working under a microscope for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to handle very small, delicate parts (steady hands required)
  • Basic computer skills (data entry, email, systems)
