Position Summary...Lead VIZIO Ads’ East Coast Media & Entertainment acquisition sales team at a moment of explosive growth—where hardware innovation meets premium streaming. As Director, Acquisition Sales, you’ll coach and scale a high-performing group of Account Executives while owning strategy and revenue across SVOD, AVOD, FAST, MVPD, and Theatrical partners. You’ll bring senior market presence, drive disciplined pipeline execution, and deliver data-driven solutions across the VIZIO Home Screen, CTV Video, and Inscape data ecosystem.
The East Coast Media & Entertainment Sales team partners with the most influential streaming and theatrical brands to help them reach audiences across millions of connected VIZIO devices. We operate with a high-accountability, high-collaboration cadence—combining deep client relationships with insights from Inscape data and cross-functional partnership across Product, Marketing, and Analytics. This role sets the pace for growth in one of our most competitive verticals, shaping go-to-market strategy and ensuring we deliver results with integrity, inclusion, and a customer-first mindset.What you'll do...
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing East Coast sales team focused on Media & Entertainment growth. 

  • Build and execute vertical strategies to exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets across streaming and theatrical. 

  • Own end-to-end pipeline management: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and renewals. 

  • Serve as senior relationship owner for key agencies and brand-direct partners. 

  • Partner cross-functionally to deliver bespoke, data-driven CTV solutions. 

What you’ll bring 

  • Proven success driving revenue in CTV/streaming and/or entertainment advertising ecosystems. 

  • Experience in digital advertising or media sales, including demonstrated experience leading teams. 

  • Established East Coast agency and entertainment brand relationships. 

  • Strong deal leadership: executive storytelling, negotiation, and renewal strategy. 

  • Ability to translate data/insights into client-ready growth plans.

The annual salary range for this position is $132,000.00 - $264,000.00 

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
