Build Winning Proposals for Remarkable Projects
At Dimensional Innovations (DI), we don't create ordinary spaces-we design and build experiences for professional sports teams, museums, healthcare systems, entertainment venues, and some of the world's most recognizable brands.
We're looking for a Marketing Graphic Designer who loves creating polished presentations, proposals, and marketing materials that help our teams win exciting projects.
If you enjoy transforming complex information into clean, compelling visual stories-and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment-this role is for you.
You'll work closely with our Creative Marketing Manager, Content team, and Business Development leaders to create proposals, interview presentations, brochures, and marketing collateral that showcase the creativity and capabilities of DI.
What You'll Do
  • Design compelling proposals, interview presentations, and client-facing marketing materials
  • Create visually engaging layouts that communicate complex ideas clearly
  • Develop brochures, one-pagers, sales materials, and other branded collateral
  • Partner with marketing, business development, and creative teams to bring ideas to life
  • Maintain and improve templates, design standards, and production workflows
  • Ensure every deliverable is polished, accurate, and on brand
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field-or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong graphic design and layout skills
  • Expert eye for typography and visual hierarchy
  • Advanced Adobe InDesign experience
  • Experience with Illustrator, Photoshop, and presentation design
  • Excellent organization and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines without sacrificing quality
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • High attention to detail

Nice to Have
  • Proposal or RFP experience
  • Experience in architecture, engineering, construction (AEC), manufacturing, or professional services
  • Familiarity with Google Slides or PowerPoint
