The Team and Role:

Logitech is seeking a creative, strategic, and data-driven Social Media Specialist to lead our Logitech for Business (L4B) presence across LinkedIn, YouTube and Reddit with both, organic and paid. You'll develop social strategies, create compelling content, manage paid campaigns, engage our community, and analyze performance to drive engagement, demand generation, and growth.

Reporting to the Head of Communications for Logitech for Business, you'll collaborate closely with marketing and demand generation teams to showcase our L4B solutions through innovative organic content and strategic paid amplification.

This role requires proven B2B social media experience with expertise in both organic strategy and paid campaign management, plus a track record of strong analytics, setting measurable goals and optimizing performance across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy spanning organic and paid channels, with primary focus on LinkedIn and YouTube

  • Own the social media content calendar, ensuring consistent posting cadence aligned with business objectives and campaign timelines

  • Partner closely with the Demand Generation team to develop integrated paid social strategies, including boosted posts, sponsored content, and lead generation campaigns on LinkedIn

  • Design content with dual-purpose utility for both organic reach and paid amplification

  • Set measurable KPIs for organic growth, paid campaign performance, and overall ROI

Content Creation and Sourcing:

  • Create visually compelling assets using tools like Canva, Adobe Express, or Photoshop

  • Edit short-form video content optimized for LinkedIn feed and YouTube Shorts

  • Repurpose long-form content into social-first assets for both organic and paid distribution

  • Adapt creative assets specifically for paid social formats and specifications

  • Stay current on trending topics, algorithm changes, and platform best practices to inform content strategy

Channel Management:

  • Own and optimize end-to-end YouTube process

  • Monitor and respond to comments to foster community engagement and brand loyalty

  • Manage LinkedIn Company Page optimization, including showcase pages and employee advocacy programs

  • Manage agency relationship

Paid Social Media Management:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid LinkedIn campaigns

  • Manage paid social budgets, bid strategies, and audience targeting to maximize cost-efficiency and conversion rates

  • A/B test ad creative, copy, and targeting parameters to continuously improve campaign performance

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Compile comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports tracking organic metrics (views, watch time, engagement rate, follower growth) and paid performance (CTR, CPC, conversions, leads)

  • Interpret data insights and translate them into actionable recommendations for content optimization and paid campaign adjustments

  • Present performance analysis to stakeholders with clear recommendations for strategy refinement

  • Track competitive benchmarks and industry trends to identify growth opportunities

  • Monitor campaign performance daily and make real-time optimizations to improve CTRs

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing B2B social media accounts with demonstrated success in both organic content strategy and paid social campaign management

  • Paid Social Expertise: Proven track record running LinkedIn paid campaigns, managing budgets, and optimizing for lead generation and conversion metrics

  • Content Skills: Proficiency in video creation, editing, and graphic design; ability to create assets optimized for paid advertising

  • Platform Knowledge: Deep understanding of YouTube Studio, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, LinkedIn algorithm/best practices, and paid social advertising principles

  • Writing: Strong, creative copywriting skills with ability to adapt voice and tone for IT decision-makers in the B2B space; experience writing compelling ad copy

  • Analytics: Comfortable working with social analytics platforms and paid campaign dashboards; ability to derive insights and optimize based on data

  • Organization: Ability to manage multiple deadlines, maintain content calendars, and coordinate across organic and paid initiatives simultaneously

  • Budget Management: Experience managing paid social budgets and demonstrating ROI

Education:

BA/BS preferred, but not required with equivalent professional experience.
