We specialize in inflatable rentals, event entertainment, and exceptional customer service. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an organized, motivated, and detail-oriented Office Manager to help keep our daily operations running smoothly.

Position Summary

The Office Manager will oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the business, ensuring efficient office management while supporting scheduling, customer service, bookkeeping, and staff coordination. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, problem-solving, and working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally.
  • Schedule rentals, deliveries, and event logistics.
  • Maintain customer records and contracts.
  • Assist with invoicing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
  • Coordinate employee schedules and maintain personnel records.
  • Organize office files and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Order office supplies and monitor inventory.
  • Assist with payroll preparation and reporting.
  • Support marketing efforts, including social media updates and customer communications.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.
  • Assist ownership with special projects and operational improvements.

Qualifications

  • Previous office management or administrative experience preferred.
