• Key Responsibilities:
• Manage birthday party inquiries, bookings, and event planning
• Convert leads into confirmed reservations via phone, email, and in-person consultations
• Assist customers selecting party packages, upgrades, and add-ons
• Coordinate party schedules and confirm event details with guests
• Supervise party hosts and ensure high-quality event execution
