Job Summary:
BCT LLC is seeking Enterprise System Engineers (Level 1-6) to join their team. The ideal candidate must possess an active TS/SCI with POLY and have experience applying system engineering principles throughout the systems life cycle phases. Responsibilities include analyzing project technical designs, ensuring technical integrity and quality of work, and communicating with program personnel and government overseers.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Communicates with other program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives.
โ€ข Responsibility for the technical integrity, quality, and completeness of work performed and deliverables associated with one or more of the 25 process areas defined by ISO/IEC15288
โ€ข Independently analyze and recommend alternatives for elements of projectโ€™s technical design.
โ€ข Perform systems engineering activities and assist in the preparation of a work product in Technical Process Areas associated with the ISO/IEC 15288.
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Active TS/SCI with POLY
โ€ข Experience applying system engineering principles throughout the systems life cycle phases: Concept, Development, Production, Utilization, Support, and Retirement
โ€ข Communicates with other program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives
โ€ข Responsibility for the technical integrity, quality, and completeness of work performed and deliverables associated with one or more of the 25 process areas defined by ISO/IEC15288
โ€ข Independently analyze and recommend alternatives for elements of projectโ€™s technical design
โ€ข Perform systems engineering activities and assist in the preparation of a work product in Technical Process Areas associated with the ISO/IEC 15288
โ€ข A High School Diploma or GED and four (4) years of general system engineering experience (any Process Area) may be substituted for a Bachelorโ€™s degree
โ€ข A Bachelorโ€™s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field (Aeronautics, Biomedical, Chemical, Civil, Computer, Electrical, Environmental, Mechanical, Nuclear, Software, Systems, and Engineering Management) or a related discipline (Chemistry, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, and Physics) from an accredited college or university plus four (4) years of systems engineering experience
โ€ข A Masterโ€™s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field (Aeronautics, Biomedical, Chemical, Civil, Computer, Electrical, Environmental, Mechanical, Nuclear, Software, Systems, and Engineering Management) or a related discipline (Chemistry, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, and Physics) from an accredited college or university may be substituted for one (1) year of systems engineering experience
โ€ข A PhD in a Qualified Engineering Field (Aeronautics, Biomedical, Chemical, Civil, Computer, Electrical, Environmental, Mechanical, Nuclear, Software, Systems, and Engineering Management) or a related discipline (Chemistry, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, and Physics) from an accredited college or university may be substituted for three (3) years of systems engineering experience
