The National/Alamo brand of Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Agent. The Customer Service Agent will provide superior, friendly, efficient service during all aspects of the rental car process as it applies to this position. Responsible for greeting and fulfilling club member needs in a friendly efficient environment as they relate to the Emerald Aisle rental process. Provide member with appropriate vehicle selection as determined by the Emerald Aisle program guidelines. Create and maintain a friendly, efficient environment for all customers. Assist in making all transactions quick and efficient.
This pay for this position starts at $16/hr and is located at 7135 Gilespie Street, Las Vegas, NV 89119.
** This is a Union position. Schedule based on a shift bid. Must have open availability (must be available to work 40 hours/week, flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends)**

Responsibilities
We are hiring now for immediate openings. Responsibilities include:
  • Ensure a pleasant, smooth and efficient handling of the rental for each customer by assisting in the exchange and return vehicle processes; review rental parameters with all customers to ensure a complete understanding of rates and service charges; verify return date and time on the rental agreement and revies all charges at the time of vehicle return.
  • Answer customer questions and provide assistance based on each customer's needs and requests, by brand. At the Las Vegas Airport, this job responsibility requires the keen understanding of differences between products and services offered by the various brands.
  • Make eye contact and greet all customers; identify and attend to customer by name; verify his/her rental agreement and reservation; and thank each customer at the conclusion of their transaction.
  • Prepare Rental Agreement Folder with all required information. Offer all customer assistance with directions, maps, local area information and appropriate service information.
  • Answer telephone in a friendly, helpful and prompt manner.
  • Work in a variety of "customer-facing" positions and, when necessary for customer service, perform tasks as a Return Agent, Exit Booth Agent and/or Greeter.
  • Throughout the workday and regardless of the position in which you are working, always work on behalf of the customer and the company to resolve issues in a fair and equitable manner to ensure continued customer loyalty.
  • Maintain appearance of rental counters and customer areas to present a neat, orderly and safe condition; ensure counter is stocked with appropriate supplies to provide smooth and effective counter service.
  • Assist customers within the queue to minimize any wait time and provide the most efficient service possible.

Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
  • Must have a minimum of 1 year of customer service and sales experience in retail, guest services, hospitality or administrative support
  • Must have a current and valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years, and no drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past 5 years (i.e. DUI, DWI).
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
  • Must be able to work any shift/hours (open to any days of the week); this schedule is determined on a shift bid & includes nights and weekends.
