  • Establish architectural guardrails that support innovation while appropriately managing risk.

Vendor & Technology Partner Engagement

  • Serve as a strategic partner to software vendors, implementation partners, and technology providers.
  • Participate in solution evaluations, proof-of-concepts, and product assessments.
  • Influence platform direction and technology investments through collaboration with key vendors.
  • Ensure third-party solutions align with PCG's enterprise architecture standards and business objectives.

Team Leadership & Capability Development

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of senior architects.
  • Establish clear expectations, accountability, and growth opportunities for architecture team members.
  • Help define architecture career paths, hiring practices, and professional development plans.

  • Balance governance with execution by helping teams move faster through effective standards and guidance.

Salary range: $106,900-$143,000 annual salary plus non-guaranteed annualized bonus program.

Required Qualifications
