Job description

Job Summary:
Jade Global is seeking a Principal – AI Solutions & Enterprise Architecture to serve as a senior-most technical and advisory leader within the AI & Digital Engineering business unit. The role involves defining and architecting transformative AI and digital strategies for enterprise clients, engaging at the C-suite level, and driving solution differentiation.
Responsibilities:
• Own and evolve Jade Global's AI & Digital Engineering architecture frameworks, reference architectures, and solution accelerators, aligning with TOGAF ADM and modern cloud-native paradigms.
• Architect end-to-end enterprise solutions spanning AI/ML platforms, cloud infrastructure, data ecosystems, and digital product engineering — ensuring scalability, security, and business alignment.
• Define AI transformation roadmaps for enterprise clients, including current-state assessments, capability gap analyses, and phased implementation blueprints.
• Establish governance frameworks for AI adoption, data architecture, and cloud migration across multi-platform environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Lead architecture review boards for strategic client engagements and internal capability development initiatives.
• Design scalable Agentic AI, Generative AI, and multi-agent architectures for enterprise use cases across industries including financial services, healthcare, and hi-tech.
• Architect solutions leveraging platforms such as AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, LangChain, LangGraph, Crew.AI, and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Drive the development of proprietary AI accelerators, frameworks, and reusable assets that differentiate Jade Global's service offerings in competitive pursuits.
• Evaluate emerging AI/ML technologies and provide strategic recommendations on platform selection, build vs. buy decisions, and integration approaches.
• Champion responsible AI principles including explainability, fairness, compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, SOC2), and ethical AI governance.
• Partner with sales leadership to qualify and architect solutions for strategic opportunities, crafting compelling proposals, SOWs, and technical presentations that win.
• Lead architecture-led discovery workshops with C-suite and VP-level client stakeholders to surface transformation opportunities and define scope.
• Develop and present solution narratives, ROI models, and proof-of-concept designs during competitive RFP and deal pursuit cycles.
• Serve as the technical authority in client-facing engagements — translating complex AI and architecture concepts into clear business value propositions.
• Build and nurture relationships with key ecosystem partners (AWS, Azure, Snowflake, Databricks, Salesforce, Oracle, ServiceNow) to co-create joint GTM solutions.
• Contribute to pipeline generation through thought leadership, executive briefings, conference presentations, and published content.
• Define and evolve AI & Digital Engineering service offerings — including AI Strategy & Roadmap Advisory, Agentic AI Implementation, Shift-Left Testing with AI, and AI-powered Cloud Transformation.
• Create and maintain point-of-view documents, whitepapers, solution briefs, and industry perspectives that establish Jade Global's AI&DE brand in the market.
• Mentor and coach solution architects, senior engineers, and practice leads — building a community of practice around AI architecture and enterprise solution design.
• Collaborate with delivery leadership to ensure architecture-to-delivery continuity, shaping project governance structures and managing escalation pathways.
• Represent Jade Global at industry forums, analyst briefings, and client advisory boards.
• Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to CIOs, CTOs, and CDOs at key client accounts — providing ongoing guidance on AI maturity, digital transformation, and technology investment strategies.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and executive workshops for anchor accounts to identify expansion opportunities and ensure client satisfaction.
• Support account growth by identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities aligned with the client's evolving enterprise architecture and AI adoption journey.
• Contribute to Jade Global's internal AI adoption initiatives, serving as a champion for AI-augmented delivery models and forward-deployed engineer frameworks.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field is required.
• TOGAF 9.2 or TOGAF 10 Certified (mandatory) — both Foundation and Practitioner levels preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or technical leadership within IT services, consulting, or technology product organizations.
• Demonstrated experience in pre-sales solutioning, including RFP responses, solution proposals, SOW authoring, and client presentations in a competitive services environment.
• Proven track record of influencing and advising C-suite stakeholders on enterprise technology strategy and AI transformation roadmaps.
• Experience architecting solutions on at least two major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) with deep knowledge of cloud-native patterns, microservices, and serverless architectures.
• AI & Machine Learning: Deep expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI frameworks (LangGraph, Crew.AI, AutoGen), RAG architectures, vector databases, and MLOps.
• Cloud & Infrastructure: Advanced knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP services; experience with hybrid and multi-cloud architectures, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Pulumi).
• Data Architecture: Proficiency in modern data platform design — data lakehouse, streaming architectures (Kafka, Kinesis), Snowflake, Databricks, dbt, and data mesh concepts.
• Digital Product Engineering: Hands-on experience with microservices, API-first design, event-driven architecture, DevSecOps, and CI/CD pipeline design.
• Executive presence and exceptional communication skills — ability to command a room with senior client stakeholders and translate technical complexity into board-level narratives.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect technical architecture to business outcomes, ROI, and P&L impact.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to operate both at a 30,000-foot vision level and dive deep into technical architecture decisions when needed.
• Collaborative team leader with a proven ability to mentor architects, guide cross-functional delivery teams, and build high-performance communities of practice.
• Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable with ambiguity, capable of building structure from scratch, and motivated by building a growing practice.
Preferred:
• Master's degree (MBA, MS Computer Science, or MS Engineering) is strongly preferred.
• Cloud architecture certification(s) strongly preferred: AWS Solutions Architect Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Google Professional Cloud Architect.
• Prior experience at a leading IT services / consulting firm (Big 4, Tier 1 SI, or specialized digital engineering firm) is highly desirable.
• Working knowledge of Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, or ServiceNow ecosystems is a significant advantage given Jade Global's core client base.
• Familiarity with enterprise security architecture, Zero Trust principles, GDPR, HIPAA, and SOC2 compliance requirements.
