  • Lead the Architecture Review Board and facilitate enterprise technology decision-making.
  • Serve as the senior architectural advisor for the organization's most complex and strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with business and technology leaders to define future-state capabilities, technology strategies, and multi-year roadmaps.
  • Review and influence solution architectures, platform selections, integration strategies, and technology investment recommendations.
  • Drive architecture maturity, standardization, simplification, and reuse across the enterprise.
  • Lead evaluation of emerging technologies, industry trends, and modernization opportunities that create business value.
  • Own enterprise application and technology portfolio planning, including Invest, Maintain, Transform, and Retire recommendations.
  • Support technology planning, forecasting, prioritization, and strategic investment discussions.
  • Ensure architectural decisions support scalability, security, supportability, and long-term organizational growth.

Why Join Us
  • Lead and grow an established team of IT Architects.
  • Influence technology strategy across the enterprise.
  • Partner with executive, business, and technology leadership.
  • Drive modernization and transformation initiatives.
  • Define the future-state architecture supporting Kimball Midwest's long-term growth.
  • Make a lasting impact on how technology enables the business.

Qualifications
  • 10+ years of progressive information technology experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, or related technology leadership roles.
  • Experience leading technical professionals, architects, engineers, or technology teams.
  • Demonstrated experience developing technology strategies, roadmaps, architecture standards, and governance processes.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, consulting, and leadership skills.
  • Experience influencing strategic decisions across business and technology organizations.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience leading an Enterprise Architecture practice or architecture team.
  • Experience with Microsoft technologies, cloud platforms, ERP solutions, integrations, analytics, and data platforms.
  • Experience supporting digital transformation, modernization, and technology portfolio management initiatives.
