Audiologist - ENT & Allergy Specialists of Virginia Ashburn, VA
Join our expert ENT team and help patients rediscover the power of hearing.
About the Role
Our busy, patient-focused ENT clinic in Ashburn, Virginia is seeking a skilled and compassionate Audiologist to join our multidisciplinary team. In this role, you'll work closely with our board-certified otolaryngologists and clinical staff to deliver comprehensive hearing and balance care to patients of all ages.
You'll have the opportunity to perform a wide range of diagnostic and rehabilitative services in a collaborative environment that values clinical excellence, innovation, and genuine patient connection.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive audiological evaluations, including pure-tone and speech audiometry, tympanometry, OAEs, and ABR testing.
  • Interpret diagnostic results and communicate findings clearly to both patients and physicians.
  • Collaborate with ENT specialists to create individualized treatment plans.
  • Fit, program, and verify hearing aids and assistive listening devices following best practices and evidence-based protocols.
  • Counsel patients and families on hearing health, communication strategies, and device care.
  • Manage follow-up appointments, device troubleshooting, and ongoing patient support.
  • Maintain thorough, compliant clinical documentation and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

  • Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) or Master's degree in Audiology.
