ENT Practice Overview, Team & Office Staff

San Antonio offers a vibrant, growing metropolitan market with a wonderful quality of life, excellent schools, and no state income tax. Within this thriving region, our established outpatient Otolaryngology (ENT) practice operates in the highly desirable Stone Oak market. The incoming physician will join an established solo-physician practice model historically focused on general ENT with a specialized subspecialty in sinus and allergy care. You will be supported by a dedicated, lean, and efficient on-site team consisting of 1 audiologist, 1 Medical Assistant (MA), and multiple front office staff. Backed by a robust primary care network generating over 700 ENT-specific referrals annually, our clinic provides an immediate, full-volume patient base managing existing overflow.

Position Overview & What We Are Looking For

We are looking to expand our ENT service line and are open to candidates interested in plastics and head and neck, while also needing to handle bread-and-butter work.

Practice Highlights
  • Call Structure: ZERO trauma or ER call. No inpatient rounding. Informal, shared post-op call only.

  • Schedule: MondayThursday (8 AM5 PM) and Fridays (8 AM3 PM).

  • Clinical Scope: 3 clinic days, 12 OR days, and a day procedure clinic. Expect 510 surgeries/week.

  • Efficient Surgical Setup: Dedicated block time at a highly efficient, off-site ambulatory surgery center (ASC). 95% of cases are outpatient.

  • Patient Mix: General ENT foundation with a wide-open opportunity to build a Facial Plastic & Reconstructive service line.

  • Integrated Support: Lean, efficient clinic staff with an on-site Audiologist.

  • EMR: Epic in Clinic and Hospital.

Requirements & Benefits
  • Qualifications: MD/DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology.

  • Licensure: Eligible for Texas medical licensure.
