Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner Or Physician Assistant) - Otolaryngology

AdventHealth Gordon is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our thriving Otolaryngology (ENT) practice in Calhoun, Georgia. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative, patient-centered environment within a mission-driven organization committed to whole-person care.

The ENT APP will provide comprehensive outpatient care to patients across the lifespan, supporting our ENT physicians through clinic visits, evaluation, treatment, and ongoing management of otolaryngologic conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic ENT conditions in an outpatient setting
  • Perform patient histories, physical examinations, and develop treatment plans
  • Manage follow-up visits, pre- and post-operative care, and patient education
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, labs, and imaging
  • Collaborate closely with ENT physicians, nursing staff, audiology, and support teams
  • Document patient encounters accurately in the EMR
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with clinical protocols

Schedule

  • Full-time, Monday–Friday
  • Outpatient clinic-based role

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
  • Active (or ability to obtain) Georgia APRN or PA license
  • National certification (ANCC/AANP for NP or NCCPA for PA)
  • BLS certification
  • ENT or surgical specialty experience (Preferred)
  • Strong clinical assessment and patient communication skills
  • Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to high-quality, compassionate care
