The Enrollment Coordinator is a key member of an administrative team that works together to support the mission and values of our Learning Academy. The Enrollment Coordinator is responsible for maintaining optimum enrollment of early learning (infants through preschool) and school-age (Kindergarten through 5th grade). The Enrollment Director is the first point of contact for many families and must be able to effectively promote and articulate the value of our early learning and school-age programs.

Candidate must have at least 2+ years of managing a school with over 200 children Proven track record of maintaining above 90% occupancy with a waitlist. At least 2 years of experience as a childcare teacher. Previous leadership experience in early education. Strong business management and financial skills. Excellent communication skills. Knowledge of safety standards and health practices in childcare. Passionate about child development, education and preschool management: Pay: $18 - $20 per hour. Expected hours: 40 per week.

Enrollment Coordinator and Customer Service Responsibilities: • Enrollment & Expansion: Grow and maintain current enrollment. Proficient in Childcare Management Systems. • Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain high standards of safety (Perfect state compliance, and Kids R Kids compliance) and cleanliness. • Family Engagement: Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and ensure parent retention and satisfaction remains high. • Financial Sustainability: Ensure school occupancy stays above 90% and costs are kept within standards *Create and manage content for social media platforms

  • Support marketing and communication initiatives

Key Metrics: • Maintain over 90% occupancy • Maintain perfect Safety, State compliance

Qualifications: • 2+years of managing a school with over 200 children. • Proven track record of maintaining above 90% occupancy with a waitlist. • Minimum of Associate's Degree in Early Childhood or CDA Bachelor's Degree (preferred). • At least 2 years of experience as a childcare teacher.. • Previous leadership experience in early education. • Strong business management and financial skills. • Excellent communication and organization skills Strong proficiency in technology and office software (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, etc.)
