  • Generate people data reports and dashboards to support the VP of People & Culture and business leaders, data is power to our business.
  • Lead and develop a team of payroll professionals who already set the bar high.
  • Support people systems integration during M&A activity, planning is key (and so is back-up planning!).
  • Be the go-to subject matter expert for all things payroll, benefits, and HRIS within the People & Culture team.
  • Supporting the success of our teams and business by training and educating our managers at site level on the aspects of scheduling, payroll and labor management.
  • Design, manage, and continuously improve payroll, benefits and rewards programs across our US portfolio.
  • Lead and optimize our People Systems, ensuring data integrity, reporting capability, and a seamless team member experience.
Qualifications

What we're looking for...

  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with a strong focus on payroll, benefits, and/or HR systems
  • Deep knowledge of US compensation, benefits legislation, and employment regulations
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms and tools, specific experience in ADP Workforce, SAP SuccessFactors, and Pigment are a bonus.
  • You execute. You get things done.
  • You can follow directions, juggle priorities, manage projects independently, and make smart judgment calls along the way.

  • You maintain confidentiality.
  • Nothing gets by you, you have a hold on all things detail and data.
  • You are an excellent relationship builder (team members and vendors alike), confident in working with other teams and leaders; you’re passionate about what we can achieve together.
  • You’re all about having a positive impact on the people you interact with, leaving them with a memorable experience.
