What are some common challenges faced by enhancement specialists when implementing process improvements, and how can they be overcome?

Enhancement specialists often encounter resistance to change from team members who are accustomed to existing processes. Addressing this challenge typically involves clear communication about the benefits of proposed improvements, involving stakeholders early in the process, and providing necessary training or support.
