Your mission, roles and responsibilities
  • Ensure the necessary resources are provided in due time from the different functions (Sales, Controlling, Costing, Plant Purchasing, Quality, Product & Process Engineeringโ€ฆ)
  • Manage serial life program performance through indicators (Customer PPM, Scrap, Operating Marginโ€ฆ)
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of direct reports.
  • Direct report performance tracking and reviews
  • Initiate and maintain a strong relationship with Operations and manage convergence plan to achieve the targets
  • Cascade Program objectives onto the functions
  • Act as official Faurecia Program representative towards the customer
  • Apply Engineering Change Management process
  • Ensure a permanent reservoir of productivity ideas
  • Ensure program documentation organization for data continuity between customers, suppliers, R&D centers and Plants
  • Organize communication throughout the program life including confidentiality management
  • Ensure that the functions use the Faurecia standard tools
  • Ensure compliance of Programs with Customer Quality systems, HSE, Safety and Regulation standards
  • Propose continuous improvement ideas in business efficiency and cost reduction
  • Capitalize on knowledge and share best practices / lessons learned across organization and within the site
