RequiredThe role of the Dean of Instruction is to assist in providing leadership, coordination, and improvement in elementary school instructional programs, utilizing available expertise and leadership necessary for a well‑rounded academic program to improve academic achievement on state‑mandated assessments in a manner consistent with Board Policy and consistent with statutes of regulatory agencies. In addition, Elementary Dean will assist teachers in providing a quality and meaningful instructional program for At‑Risk students by providing targeted and ongoing research‑based professional development.
