On Site Personnel is seeking an energetic and organized On-Site Supervisor to join our Groveport office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys recruiting, helping people, and working in a fast-paced staffing environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Post and manage online job advertisements
  • Source and contact candidates through online recruiting platforms
  • Assist candidates with completing online applications
  • Conduct candidate interviews and screenings
  • Complete new hire onboarding and employment paperwork
  • Assist walk-in applicants and provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain accurate applicant records and support daily recruiting activities

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in English & Creole
  • Staffing or recruiting experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
