Description

Bilingual English/Creole Speaking Admin for Scheduling Role

For this position the candidate MUST be bilingual English/Creole speaking AND reside in Brooklyn.

This administrative position is for a role as a Scheduler within our Brooklyn Headquarters located in Gravesend. Schedulers are responsible for the scheduling and coordinating of our best in industry Home Health Aide (HHA) services.

The ideal candidate resides in Brooklyn and has 1 or more years of basic clerical experience within a professional office environment. You must also enjoy working within a team.

Our Scheduling Dept. and field staff work together to improve the lives of our clients every day keeping them happy, healthy, and safe in the comfort and familiarity of their own home. This means that you must be professional, compassionate, and have an appreciation for caring for the elderly, ill, and disabled. If you do not then this position is not right for you.

No experience required in our field training will be provided (and training IS PAID)

Position Schedule

As an added value to our clients our office is open 8AM-7PM Monday-Friday and 8AM-4PM every weekend.

In order to satisfy this added value, the following schedule is required of ALL candidates applying for this position:

4 out of 5 weekdays: 9AM-5PM
1 out of 5 weekdays: 11AM-7PM

Lastly, staff makes themselves available to the Supervisor/Department for a total of 3 weekend DAYS per month (not full weekends, but 3 weekend days). Staff may be scheduled for 1, 2, OR 3 weekend days depending on the Supervisor's weekend staffing needs.

After completion of probationary period, company paid medical w/ minimal employee contribution, 3+ weeks PTO, and bonuses.
