We are currently seeking for a F/T Board-Certified M.D (Primary Care Medical Doctor) (Family Practice M.D.) to join our team! The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive medical care to patients, focusing on preventive health, diagnosis, and treatment of various conditions. This role requires a strong commitment to patient service and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.

Job Summary
• Diagnoses, treats, and helps prevent common diseases and injuries.
General Accountabilities
• Prescribes or administers specialized medical care to treat or prevent illness, disease, or injury in accordance with Florida statute and professional practice guidelines.
• Orders, performs, and interprets tests and analyzes records and examination information to diagnose patients' condition.
• Review incoming reports (e.g. Lab, X-Ray, EKG) sign, date and follow-up in a timely manner.
• Records and maintains patient information.
• Comply with the Infection Control plan which includes personally utilizing universal precautions.
• Ensure compliance by support staff.
• Monitors patients' conditions and progress and reevaluates treatments as necessary.
• Explains procedures and discusses test results or prescribed treatments with patients.
• Advises patients on diet, activity, hygiene, and disease prevention.
• Complete the office’s Billing Review, Oversight Log and Action Taken on a monthly basis.
• Participate in peer review, quality assurance, provider meetings, and other clinical procedures following the Federal & State Laws.
• Refers patients to medical specialists or other practitioners when necessary.
• Trains residents, medical students, and other health care professionals.

Job Qualifications
• Education: Doctoral degree
• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
• Experience: 1-7 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Licenses/Certification: Current Florida State license
• Current D.E.A. License/NPI
• Current ACLS/BLS Certificates Skills
• Excellent verbal and written English communication, (Bilingual in English/Creole or English/Spanish highly preferred)
