Job Description
We are looking for a Part-time Administrative Assistant to join our team in Wethersfield, CT.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Assist Vice President and Engineering / Surveying staff.
  • Manage office's mailing deliverables and supplies.
  • Scheduling, correspondence and coordination with clients.
  • Data entry and review of spreadsheets to maintain current and accurate databases.
  • Coordinate with other offices.
  • Make travel arrangements and coordinate meetings.
  • Assist with proposal related administrative aspects.

Job Requirements
  • 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in the engineering or construction industries.
  • Marketing experience a plus.
  • Excellent communication, organizational and follow through skills.
  • Motivated self-starter with the ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong computer skills in MS office - including Word, Excel, Power Point, Publisher and Outlook.
  • Ability to handle confidential materials.
  • Effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously
