About the Work

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a cross-functional engineering team (Application, Platform, Data Services) and coach towards aligned career goals.
  • Lead the tracking of critical technical performance indicators (uptime, delivery speed, release quality, and unit economics) to ensure engineering output directly translates into measurable business success.
  • Work hand-in-hand with customer-facing departments to equip internal teams with technical expertise, solve client challenges, and boost customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver outcomes for the team, ensuring predictable, high-quality software delivery through strong execution, prioritization, and operational rigor.


About You

  • With 10+ years of progressive experience; you're a developer at heart, growing from an IC to leadership, and passionate about building good software.
  • You will bring deep expertise in AI-assisted software development and a proven track record of scaling AI coding tools across engineering teams.
  • You champion engineering best practices and sound architecture to continuously raise the bar for platform scale, performance, and reliability.
  • You will strategically manage engineering capacity to deliver immediate business priorities while continuously modernizing and ensuring limited to no "tech debt".
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Computer Science required, advanced degree preferred
