The role provides hands-on training and exposure to real-world engineering problems, with the goal of developing the technical and problem-solving abilities needed for advancement. Engineering Technician Trainees often work in industries like manufacturing, construction, or electronics, and may have opportunities to specialize as they gain experience.

What kinds of projects or tasks can an engineering technician trainee expect to work on during their first year?
