PAY RATE: $71.00/hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Job Details:

Summary:ย 

  • Partner with managers and program teams to assess workforce planning and Adaptive Planning requirements.

  • Enter and maintain planned requisition requests within the Adaptive Planning system.

  • Track and maintain candidate application data and recruiting metrics.

  • Collaborate with staffing focal points and hiring managers to review and evaluate candidate resumes.

  • Coordinate interviews with Talent Acquisition and hiring teams.

  • Support candidate interviews as needed and ensure interview panels are properly prepared.

  • Manage candidate dispositions and post-interview activities.

  • Maintain interview schedules and recruiting calendars.

  • Generate, analyze, and maintain reports using Excel, Workday, Tableau, and other reporting tools.

  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support staffing and workforce planning decisions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience synthesizing information, analyzing data, and making recommendations based on findings.

  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

  • Must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting recruiting, staffing, or hiring processes.

  • Experience reviewing engineering resumes.

  • Experience with Adaptive Planning.

  • Experience with Workday.

  • Experience with Tableau or other reporting and data visualization tools.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
