Job description

Systems Engineering Technical Specialist 4

Renton, Washington 12+ months Up to $75.00/Hour Contract Shift-1

Overview

As a 737 Systems Engineering Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for the technical integration and ownership of our tools, processes, risk management systems, and visibility enhancements (i.e., dashboards). The role requires an understanding of engineering change processes, strong analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities
  • Performs studies, analysis (trend, variance, impact), risk assessments to determine impacts and constraints involving product development, production rates, process improvement, and program initiatives.
  • Collects, analyzes, and validates engineering performance metrics and coordinates organizational requirements to support business needs.
  • Collaborates with managers, engineers, manufacturing, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Works to improve business systems and implement best practices that support project decision makers.
  • Guides training and provides subject matter expertise in the utilization of processes, tools, and integration of engineering designs.
  • Assists with plans and processes to ensure products meet technical, data, regulatory, and company requirements and to maintain configuration control.
  • Acts as primary contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives.

12+ months โ€” possible extension and possible FTE opportunity.

Requirements Basic Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or higher.
  • 3+ years of experience in customer support.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Advanced education (e.g., Bachelor) plus 10+ years of related work experience, or Masterโ€™s degree plus 8+ years of related work experience.
