Job description

Hudson Table is looking for an ambitious, entrepreneurial chef to lead and grow our Weekly Meals Program currently based out of our Hoboken location. This is an opportunity for someone who wants more than just a kitchen job — we’re looking for a chef who wants ownership, leadership, creativity, and the ability to help shape a fast-growing part of the business.


You’ll oversee the execution and growth of our weekly prepared meals and meal kit program, while also having opportunities to expand your role throughout the company as a chef instructor, competition chef, or event chef.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead and oversee Hudson Table’s weekly meals and meal kit program produced on Mondays

  • Edit and develop rotating menus that are approachable, creative, seasonal, and operationally efficient

  • Manage prep, production, packaging, quality control, and evolution of the current weekly meals program across all 5 locations

  • Oversee ordering, customer feedback, and growth related to the program

  • Help scale and improve systems as the program grows

  • Work collaboratively with leadership on growth strategy, promotion and expansion opportunities

  • Drive sales and marketing to increase revenue

  • Maintain consistency, presentation, and food quality standards

  • Be on-site a minimum of 2 days per week for production and operational oversight
