Pfizer's Commercial organization is responsible for successfully positioning Pfizer's product portfolio in the highly competitive pharmaceutical marketplace. This work spans the creation and refinement of disease-area strategies, new product planning, brand launch preparation and execution, and the ongoing evolution of brand positioning, messaging, and promotional initiatives - as well as the market access, analytics, and customer engagement strategies that ensure patients, prescribers, and payers see the full value of our medicines.

What You Will Achieve

The U.S. Commercial Associate Rotational Program is your launchpad into a career shaping how Pfizer connects patients to the breakthrough medicines that will change their lives. Over the course of 2 years, you will build a strong foundation across Pfizer's Commercial organization, work on real business projects, and receive mentorship from brand teams and senior leaders - developing the skills and experience necessary to grow into a future Pfizer leader.

Additionally, the Program Team will provide career development and coaching opportunities to support you throughout your journey. At the end of the 2-year program, candidates will be responsible for identifying, interviewing, and securing a permanent role within Pfizer.

How You Will Achieve It

The U.S. Commercial Associate Rotational Program will consist of 4 six-month rotations that will expose participants to the foundation of marketing skills and experiences enabling a breadth of knowledge across related functions. As a talent incubator, this Rotational Program will allow participants to develop their skills through experiential learning, relationship-based learning, and formal training.

The rotations may be in the following areas:

  • In-Line Brand Marketing (Within U.S. and/or Global Business)
  • Customer Engagement (Sales)
  • Commercial Development
  • Chief Marketing Office
  • Other (Government Relations, Market Access, Analytics, etc.)

Different Projects may include, but are not limited to:

  • Work alongside business leaders in our US divisions across the broad range of Pfizer product portfolio assisting with brand and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Support our Marketing, Customer Engagement and Commercial teams by assisting in drafting content for various communication materials, planning communication campaigns to promote organizational events, and conducting research on communication trends.
  • Support Pfizer's Chief Marketing Office in planning, developing, and executing the commercial organization's advertising, media, and commercial analytics initiatives
  • Collaborate with the Global Access and Value team to accelerate sustainable patient access to innovative medicines and vaccines through patient, provider, and payer partnerships

Qualifications:

Must-Have

  • Must have successfully completed a Pfizer Futures Internship Program in Summer 2026 with high recommendation
  • Must have a bachelor's degree. Applicants must have graduated by Spring 2027, prior to the start of the program.
  • Must be able to start in early June 2027.

Nice-to-Have

  • Pfizer Commercial internship experience strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Economics, Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Healthcare/Public Health, Psychology, STEM, Life Sciences, or Engineering strongly preferred
  • Strong academic performance (minimum 3.0 GPA preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, effectively convey information and engage employees at all levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Adept at problem-solving, with a knack for identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
  • Passion for learning and pursuing a career in the health care industry
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and proven track record of teamwork, adaptability, innovation, and initiative

WORK AUTHORIZATION

  • Must be immediately authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent or indefinitely renewable duration without Pfizer's sponsorship.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $60,200.00 to $100,400.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 7.5% of the base salary.
