Swaysland Professional Engineering is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and monitor engineering project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Serve as a primary point of contact between project teams, clients, and stakeholders
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates
  • Schedule and facilitate project meetings, site visits, and internal reviews
  • Track project budgets and resources.
  • Support engineers with administrative and logistical tasks
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably in engineering or construction
