Job Summary
The Project Manager leads cross-functional projects in accordance with standardized corporate procedures, ensuring timely execution and predictable delivery. The role is responsible for end-to-end planning, coordination, execution control, and progress tracking across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and other key functions.
The Project Manager ensures alignment of scope, schedule, resources, quality, and risks, while maintaining structured documentation and providing clear communication to stakeholders. The position plays a critical role in securing smooth transition from development into manufacturing and customer delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, maintain, and control comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, etc.) and external suppliers to ensure milestone achievement.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; manage scope changes and interdependencies.
  • Monitor progress and proactively resolve issues impacting timeline, cost, or quality.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate standards, procedures, and quality requirements.
  • Maintain complete and structured project documentation.
  • Prepare and deliver regular status reports and executive presentations for stakeholders.
  • Drive structured decision-making and governance processes.
  • Support effective transfer of projects into manufacturing and customer delivery phases.
