Job description

Job Title: Program Manager – Physical Security Projects 

Location: Remote (Must reside in or near Modesto or Los Banos)

Mon-Fri (08:00 am - 5:00 pm)

Duration: 6 Months

Key Responsibilities:

·Lead implementation of 30–50 capital projects, focusing on security infrastructure.

·Manage installation of access control and video management platforms in compliance with Sutter security standards.

·Coordinate with vendors, engineering teams, and facilities project managers on scope, pricing, and delivery.

·Analyze ROM budgets, floor plans, and security system requirements for effective system design.

·Ensure smooth commissioning and backend systems integration.

·Travel to facilities as needed to manage on-site work and validate installations.

·Maintain records and provide progress updates through SAP, Projecto, or equivalent tools.

Qualifications:

·8+ years in project management, ideally with physical security or technology systems deployments.

·Familiarity with security platforms like Secure 9000 and Genetec preferred.

·Strong budgeting, vendor coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills.

·Understanding of cybersecurity, network security, and systems commissioning.

·PMP certification a plus.

·Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

·Must reside in the Central Valley and be available to travel locally.
