About the Opportunity

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring an Engineering Project Manager for a leading food production facility located in Elk River, MN. This role will manage CI projects, capital projects and vendor coordination's. We are looking to hire someone ASAP, ideally to start next week.

What You'll Do as an Engineering Project Manager:

  • Develop project scopes, schedules, and cost estimates for construction and engineering projects
  • Manage contractor bid processes including RFPs, evaluations, and award recommendations
  • Oversee contractor and vendor relationships to ensure performance and compliance
  • Monitor budgets, track costs, and report financial performance throughout project lifecycle
  • Coordinate project execution including construction, installation, and commissioning activities
  • Maintain project schedules and identify risks, constraints, and mitigation strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align projects with production and operations needs
  • Lead project closeout activities including documentation, inspections, and final approvals
