Job description

Alliance Technical Group, a premier partner in environmental solutions, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our team in in Pensacola, FL.
Responsibilities
  • Manage medium to large scope projects through all phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Manage project budgets, milestones, and task schedules.
  • Collaborate with group managers on the identification and assignment of business resources.
  • Conduct project meetings to establish and execute detailed project plans between internal team members and sales for project hand-off, as well as ongoing meetings with customer representatives.
  • Lead requirements gathering and analysis, capture relevant project information, develop implementation schedules, and establish standard project electronic file storage.
  • Accurately track and report project status against plan to all stakeholders at all levels.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications
  • Project Management experience: certification preferred.
  • BS degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Thorough understanding of project management processes, techniques, tools, and development lifecycle.
  • Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize work to deliver projects on time, on budget, and meeting stakeholder expectations.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and time management skills.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
