The Enterprise Project Manager drives cross-functional projects across Product Development, Operations, Manufacturing, and other strategic business initiatives. This role leads projects through the Product Development Process (PDP) as well as operational improvement and business transformation efforts. The position owns project planning, timelines, resource coordination, and execution, ensuring projects stay on track and all deliverables are completed on time. 

Acting as the central point of coordination across Engineering, Operations, and supporting functions, this role drives accountability, removes barriers, manages risk, and maintains momentum to ensure successful project execution and business outcomes. This position is onsite in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
