We are seeking a PMO Coordinator to join our team in Vestavia Hills, AL.

Your role
  • Provides coordination and administrative support to the PMO.

  • Supports project managers and project controls staff with standard PMO deliverables.

  • Coordinates project review meetings; tracks action items, decisions, and follow-ups.

  • Documents project management and project controls processes, ensuring alignment with PMO standards.

  • Supports continuous improvement by identifying gaps, inconsistencies, or inefficiencies in existing processes.

  • Supports onboarding of new project team members to PMO tools, templates, and procedures.

  • Helps enforce consistent use of standardized templates and systems across projects.

  • Maintains project document repositories and ensures audit-ready records.

  • Assists with responses to data requests and audits.

Your role
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 2+ years of experience supporting EPC projects, PMOs, or project controls teams (electric transmission projects preferred).

  • Experience documenting SOPs or workflows for PMOs or project controls teams.

  • Familiarity with project management and project controls systems such as P6, Unifier, Aconex, EcoSys, etc.

  • Process-driven and detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

  • Understanding of construction project lifecycles and controls.
