Character of Position

As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for guiding, tracking, and managing all aspects of programs to help achieve all strategic, contractual, and tactical milestones from the moment a new job is awarded, to the final delivery to the customer.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain program timelines
  • Coordinate and lead project kick-offs
  • Initiate, monitor and communicate project issues both internally and externally
  • Project logistics coordination
  • Primary responsibility for project document and data control
  • Single point contact with all assigned customers
  • Participate in daily scheduling meetings
  • Change control management- financial and document/data
  • Report of project issues, constraints, and proposed solutions to internal team
  • Overview analysis of project financial results
  • Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance
  • Follow OSHA safety guidelines, and ITAR compliance
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills

  • Solid working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Experience

  • 5-10 years manufacturing management experience
