Role: Program Manager / Engagement Manager

Location: Cleveland, OH--Onsite

Job Type: Full Time

Job Description:

Technical Support & Expertise:

Provide technical expertise on 3DX tools, including CAD systems, PLM (Product Lifecycle Management), and other integrated business solutions.

Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase the value of 3DX solutions to internal stakeholders and customers.

Collaborate with R&D, product management, and engineering teams to provide feedback on customer requirements and new product features.

Assist in the configuration, customization, and integration of 3DX tools to meet the unique needs of customers.


Internal Sales & Business Development:

Act as the primary point of contact for the sales team, providing technical support and assisting with pre-sales activities.

Work with the internal sales team to identify and understand customer requirements, and translate these into technical solutions using 3DX tools.

Support lead generation, proposal development, and the creation of pricing models for 3DX tool implementation.

Develop sales strategies to drive adoption of the 3DX platform and ensure successful positioning of 3DX tools as the solution of choice.


Customer Engagement:

Engage directly with clients to ensure a deep understanding of their business needs and how 3DX tools can solve their problems.

Lead discovery calls, technical workshops, and customer success sessions to ensure customers are receiving maximum value from the solution.

Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, recommending best practices and optimization strategies for leveraging 3DX tools in their operations.


Solution Configuration & Integration:

Work alongside the technical team to define and validate 3DX configurations tailored to the client's specific needs.

Ensure smooth integration of 3DX tools with existing systems, including CAD, ERP, and other business tools.

Coordinate with internal teams to support data migration and system rollout during the implementation phase.


Collaboration & Coordination:

Collaborate with internal stakeholders including product managers, project managers, and support teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing client satisfaction.

Act as the liaison between technical and sales teams, translating technical details into understandable language for sales and marketing efforts.

Provide feedback to the development team about client challenges, system limitations, and new feature requests.

Training & Enablement:

Assist in the creation of training programs and resources for internal teams and customers to ensure effective use of 3DX tools.

Lead internal training sessions to ensure the sales team is knowledgeable about the technical capabilities and benefits of 3DX tools.


Key Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Relevant certifications in PLM, CAD systems, or 3DX tools would be a plus.


Experience:

3-5 years of experience in a technical sale, product management, or solutions engineering role, specifically with PLM or CAD systems.

Strong understanding of 3DX tools and how they integrate with CAD, PLM, ERP, and other enterprise systems.

Proven experience in managing sales cycles, providing technical support, and delivering successful product implementations.

Hands-on experience with 3DX deployment, customization, and integration is highly desirable.


Skills:

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering tailored solutions.

Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, technical, and product teams.

Sales acumen combined with a strong technical background, able to balance customer needs with business objectives.

Project management skills to manage timelines, resources, and client expectations.

Proficient in MS Office Suite and experience with PLM/ERP systems.
