Job Summary

Project (Design) Mgr: Manages the development and implementation process of a company's products and services. Coordinates departmental or cross-functional teams, focused on delivering new or upgrading existing products. Monitors the project from initiation through delivery including planning and directing schedules and monitoring budget/spending. Organizes cross-functional activities, ensuring completion of the project i.e. product on schedule and within budget constraints.

ย * Excellent knowledge of product lifecycle, tools, processes, and operations planning.

ย * Ability to provide leadership in a team environment to meet aggressive goals and pre-defined metrics requirements.

ย * Demonstrated experience working with hardware and software development engineers on complex projects.

ย * Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices.

ย * Program Management training or demonstrated experience.

ย * Ability to work on complex issues where analysis situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

ย * Ability to develop longer-range project plans and schedules to complete complex projects.Responsibility and Interaction:
