Our client is actively seeking an experienced Operations Program Manager to join a newly established and rapidly growing PMO organization. This is a high-impact leadership role offering the opportunity to shape PMO processes, lead a team of Project Managers, and drive enterprise-wide operational initiatives across multiple manufacturing facilities.

If you are a strong people leader with operational project management experience and a passion for building high-performing teams, this could be an excellent long-term opportunity — including future growth into a Director-level PMO role.


🔹 What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead and mentor a team of 4–6 Project Managers
  • Drive large-scale operational and manufacturing projects across multiple facilities
  • Establish PMO governance, standards, and best practices
  • Partner with operations, engineering, and executive leadership teams
  • Manage initiatives related to:
    • Manufacturing operations
    • Supply chain optimization
    • Capacity planning
    • Inventory improvements
    • Process implementation
    • Engineering projects
  • Deliver executive-level presentations and project updates
  • Support organizational transformation and operational excellence initiatives

🔹 What We’re Looking For

✅ 7–10+ years of Program/Project Management experience
✅ Direct people management experience (must have managed 4+ employees)
✅ Experience conducting performance reviews, mentoring, and team development
✅ Strong operational or manufacturing project experience
✅ Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
✅ Ability to lead both strategically and hands-on
