Job description

We are looking for an Engineering Program Manager to drive the execution and delivery of complex technical product initiatives across engineering, product management, and supply chain operations, in an outsourced supply chain context.
In this role you will be the point of contact between different teams, such as product engineering, design (R&D), Contract Manufactures and Supply Chain Operations, ensuring effective communication and coordination. You are responsible for setting project timelines, managing resources, tracking progress, and resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project lifecycle. You are playing a critical role in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the desired objectives.
This role does not include people management or product ownership but plays a critical enabling role for both.
Your Responsibilities
Project Execution & Delivery
Plan, execute, and close crossfunctional technical and product-related projects
Define project scope, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and success criteria
Track progress and proactively manage risks, issues, and deviations
Ensure delivery within agreed scope, timeline, quality, and budget constraints
CrossFunctional Coordination & Communication
Coordinate teams across Product Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Operations, Quality, IT, and external supply chain network
Serve as the central point of contact for project communication and reporting
Facilitate alignment, escalation, and decision-making across stakeholders
Monitor delivery status during product issues (go to person) and make or drive necessary decisions
Governance, Process & Quality
Apply and support standardized project and lifecycle governance
Ensure consistent execution, documentation, and compliance across products
Support audits, reviews, and quality checkpoints
Risk, Change & Compliance Management
Identify and mitigate technical, schedule, and operational risks
Manage change requests and assess impact on scope, timeline, and quality
Support regulatory, compliance, and internal policy requirements
DataDriven Steering & Continuous Improvement
Establish and track project KPIs and dashboards
