Job Title: DevOps Engineer
Overview
We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to build, maintain, and optimize infrastructure, automation, and deployment processes across the software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Linux, Windows, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and scripting while supporting software build, deployment, and release activities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Build, test, and maintain infrastructure and tools that support software development and deployment.
  • Apply DevOps methodologies and best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Accelerate software releases while maintaining security and reducing deployment risks.
  • Improve software delivery through continuous integration, continuous deployment, and continuous feedback.
  • Evaluate existing systems and processes and implement improvements.
  • Utilize enterprise platforms and infrastructure to support DevOps practices.
  • Support software deployments across development, testing, sandbox, and production environments.
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities throughout the software lifecycle.
  • Set up, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
  • Deploy updates and fixes to support continuous integration.
  • Develop integrations with internal backend systems.
  • Perform root cause analysis for development and production build and pipeline issues.
  • Develop automation to improve operational efficiency.
  • Create procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance.

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps or a similar software engineering role.
  • 7+ years of Linux experience.
  • 7+ years of Microsoft Windows experience.
  • 7+ years of GitHub experience.
  • 7+ years of Jenkins experience.
  • 5+ years of Cloud Infrastructure experience.
  • 5+ years of Python experience.
  • 3+ years of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) experience.
  • Strong system engineering and administration experience in Linux and Windows.
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Bash, PowerShell, or Python.
  • Experience with version control tools such as Git, GitHub, or GitLab.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, or CircleCI.
  • Experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, CloudWatch, or Lens.
  • Experience with log management tools such as Elastic Stack, Grafana Loki, or FluentD.
  • Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
  • Experience with cloud platforms including GCP, AWS, or Azure.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively.
