  • Ensure compliance with all applicable safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

Grounds & Exterior Property Oversight:

  • Coordinate contractors, vendors, and consultants.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
  • Support long-term facility and infrastructure planning.

Qualifications
Required:
  • 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in engineering, facilities management, or maintenance operations.
  • 3+ years of supervisory or management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, building automation systems, and preventive maintenance practices.
  • Demonstrated experience troubleshooting complex facility systems.
  • Experience managing contractors and vendor relationships.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Preferred:
  • Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Professional certifications related to facilities or engineering management.
  • Experience in hospitality, resort, club, healthcare, educational campus, or large commercial properties.

The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $115,000. This is the pay range for this position that the Hotel reasonably expects to pay. This position also may be eligible for bonuses.
