Engineering Manager

The Engineering Manager leads a team of engineers while remaining actively involved in product design, technical problem-solving, project execution, and manufacturing support. Partnering closely with operations, quality, and commercial teams to advance new product development, improving existing product lines, and aligning priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, develop, and provide technical direction to a team of engineers.
  • Oversee new product development and improvements to existing products.
  • Evaluate design concepts, technologies, project feasibility, costs, and resource requirements.
  • Manage engineering projects, budgets, schedules, documentation, and performance reporting.
  • Partner with internal teams and customers to define engineering requirements and support business growth.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in engineering, mechanical design, product development, or a related discipline.
  • Aerospace, defense, thermal-management, environmental-control, or related component experience is highly preferred.
  • 4+ years of direct leadership experience
  • Strong proficiency with CAD design and engineering tools.
  • Experience supporting engineered products in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong project management, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
