  • Respond quickly to room maintenance concerns and ensure corrective actions are completed promptly.
  • Support room refresh initiatives and maintain consistent room presentation throughout the resort.

Public Areas & Resort Appearance

  • Partner with Housekeeping and Landscaping to ensure all public spaces, walkways, courtyards, pools, restaurants, event venues, and guest amenities remain clean, safe, and impeccably maintained.
  • Perform routine inspections throughout the property to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure immediate follow-up.
  • Maintain the physical appearance of the resort to reflect Estate Yountville's luxury positioning and Forbes service standards.

Engineering Operations

  • Lead, coach, and develop the Engineering team while fostering accountability, teamwork, and a service-first culture.
  • Manage daily work orders and engineering assignments, ensuring timely completion and quality workmanship.
  • Maintain all building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, irrigation, pools, boilers, kitchen equipment, and life safety systems.
  • Coordinate routine vendor services and ensure contractors perform work safely and to company standards.
  • Participate in the Manager on Duty (MOD) program and provide operational support during high-occupancy periods and special events.

Success Measures
