About The Company: We are working with a growing paper mill and corrugated sheet feeder operation located in Massillon, Ohio. Position Overview (Maintenance & Engineering Manager): The Maintenance & Engineering Manager is responsible for leading all maintenance and engineering activities within the Massillon facility. This individual will oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs, capital improvement projects, equipment reliability, utilities management, and facility maintenance while developing a high-performing maintenance team.
